It had been far too long since I’d bought flowers for our table, so yesterday I remedied that :)

It is so surprising to me how much these hanging plants brighten my day. They were roughly $6 each plus about 20 minutes spent hanging them. They are right in front of my office window and so every time I look out I see them hanging there and every time I arrive home I’m greeted by them :) It’s such a simple thing but it makes all the difference. I really like things like that.

yes, this took 3 hours to accomplish…

There was weeding, raking rocks away, scooping dirt from the backyard into a wheelbarrow, laying dirt along side of house, 4 bags of mulch and 4 texas sage bushes planted. Consider my fingers dead. 

I took some updated house pictures this evening because I spent some quality outdoor time around the house today. We finally got grass!!! I never thought I would be so excited about that, but it really changed the whole feel of the house! They have only done the front yard, the backyard happens this week. 

I went to Lowes yesterday with full intentions of getting stuff for that front, empty flower bed. It was so overwhelming, I didn’t even know where to begin! I ended up only getting some bushes for the side of the house and a crepe myrtle. Hopefully I can figure out what to do with the front soon…

I have organizational needs.

I have a major case of the Sunday Sadz.

This weekend we had a big family get together from Friday-Sunday with everyone staying at our house. It was crazy and so much fun but I am glad for a little peace and quiet now also..I wish that Levi and I’s schedules allowed for more play time and less work time :/

Have I mentioned that I am smack dab in the middle of rebranding Two Times? We are working on a completely different look that I am super excited to share soon. 

Last night Levi took some pictures of me for the about page and for just around the website. I love the way they turned out and seriously love my white hair. Best decision ever.
